Airware, Inc. – Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) Division (or “AIRLPO”) is thrilled to broadcast the launch of its operations in Delhi (NCR) region. Specifically, we would like to draw your attention to a new, novel and non-obvious workshop on “Strategic (or Tactical) Guidance for Intellectual Property Strategic Asset Management (or IPSAM) (or SGIPSAM).”
 
Hitherto, assortment of outsourcing units, captive units, boutique, small, mid-sized and large firms have burgeoned in various locations across India. A major tribulation that still persists in this domain is determination, identification, selection, guidance and employment of the right resources at the right place and at the right time. Another problem is owing to major flaws in the existing Standard Operating Procedures or Policies (SOPs) implemented by HR departments, advisors and hirers the economic, technical and operational feasibility of a KPO / LPO / PPO business model is put under question.
 
Although, the outsourcing domain is replete with numerous players who claim that they are capable of rendering end-to-end services encompassed by the Techno-Legal / IP Services Band Spectrum. However, there are few who as a matter of fact are context-aware, service-aware and / or quality service-aware in so far as the domain is concerned. Specifically, majority of these players influenced by the generic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) domain practice procure and / or design and implement methods and systems for completion of service deliverables, wherein they adhere to the concept of “Do as You Document and Document as You Do?” methodologies by utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Rule Books and the like. Such methodologies pose a major problem as they render processes static thereby hampering out-of-box thought processes that are always required to meet up to various qualitative parameters. In addition, the manpower resources who many times are erroneously selected fail to satisfy “Integrity, Intelligence and Energy” qualitative parameters. In certain scenarios, both intelligent and non-intelligent resources end up wasting a lot of input resources, such as manpower, capital and time, of corporations in studying, analyzing and implementing the SOPs, Rule Books etc., which many times are plagiarized and / or developed using concepts divulged on non-authentic open sites, pirated literature, defensive publications and the rest. In certain other scenarios, intelligent resources end up finding the job monotonous owing to the fact that the application of non-updated versions of SOPs, Rule Books etc. renders the job static permutations and combinations of mechanical or routine techno-legal / market micro tasks. Yet, in certain scenarios, the SOPs, Rule Books etc. are engendered by resources, which mostly are improperly compensated and / or inexperienced owing to the fact that they carry merely explicit knowledge, which is already known in the public domain through available literature.

What exactly is required is the implementation of object-oriented analysis and / or component-level analysis approach to study, analyze and solve such real-time problems via usage of right structures, right syntax and semantics etc.?
